Meet Lourdes
Account Services Manager
I bring a people first approach to every role I take on! I am honored to join the LS Investment Management team and bring with me more than 18 years of experience in retail banking, private banking, and wealth management. A proud Chula Vista native, I began my banking career as a teller and worked my way up to bank manager, building meaningful relationships and learning from countless people who shaped my professional journey. My path eventually led me to Merrill Lynch and later to Girl Scouts San Diego, an organization I had long served and loved, where I spent seven years leading conflict management, mediation, compliance, and investigation efforts to create peace and resolution among passionate volunteers and staff. A lifelong learner and naturally curious, I went to school to study criminal psychology and have completed professional certificate programs with the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. I enjoy the challenge of taking new courses that spark my interest and love diving into mastering new subjects with curiosity and perseverance.
Volunteerism and sports are where I love to spend my time. I recently wrapped up seven years as a director with Eastlake Little League, where I was recognized by the City of Chula Vista for my service to the league and my role as a sports site council representative. I continue to serve as a troop leader for my daughter’s long-standing Girl Scouts San Diego troop and as a one-on-one aide in the kid’s ministry at Eastlake Church, helping ensure every child feels included and valued and is served with compassion, specialized care, and fun! Every year, I head down into Mexico to do missionary work and help build a home for a family in need – this is my Thanksgiving gift to myself.
As a proud mom of two kids and my nephew, whom I’ve raised as my own, life in my home is full of energy, love, teens, and team spirit. My kids’ cheerleading and baseball take us on the road often, and I’ve come to accept that, for now, those adventures are my current getaways. Still, a cozy night in with good food and my kids is always a winner.

Sports & Entertainment When I’m not cheering from the sidelines or serving in my community, I enjoy quiet walks on local trails (without my dog Jane, who’s still terrible on a leash), laughing at comedy shows, discovering new eateries with friends, and hosting my family events. I also love to cook, though I never measure a thing and don’t have a single written recipe.

Account Servicing. Faith, family, and community propel everything I do and bring me joy. At the same time, I am guided by a commitment to learning, leadership, ethics, compliance, and relationship building, striving to create meaningful connections and deliver excellent service in all that I do. These values shape how I lead, serve, and grow, both professionally and in my community.
